Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) operates Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center in Mission Hills, CA. This Part-Time Registered Nurse position focuses on GI and Endoscopy care during daytime hours.

You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care under conscious sedation, adhering to standards and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. 20–29 hours/week, no call, no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Current unrestricted CA RN license.
1+ years of GI/Endoscopy experience.
Experience in conscious sedation required.
BLS and ACLS accredited by AHA Required.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing GI and Endoscopy procedures.
Perform procedures during conscious sedation.
Maintain standards of practice and comply with facility policies.
Communicate information to other team members.
Help maintain equipment, supplies, and unit cleanliness.
Support other peri-operative departments or quality improvement activities as assigned.
