Providence Holy Cross Surgery Center at Mission Hillsis a fast-paced, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
Responsible to plan, execute, and evaluate the nursing care given to patients undergoing GI and Endoscopy procedures. Will work procedures during conscious sedation. Provides patient care within the prevailing state standards of practice and according to the policies of the facility. Communicates appropriate information to other team members. Helps maintain equipment, supplies, and general cleanliness of the unit. May have additional responsibilities designated by the manager, which may include, but are not limited to, providing patient care in other Peri-operative departments, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement projects.
Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
