Job summary

Liberty Endoscopy Center is seeking a PRN GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our ambulatory team. The RN will plan, direct, organize and implement all nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients, ensuring high quality and safe care in accordance with standards.

Position requires weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or on-call. Some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritise and organise workload to meet patient and unit needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.

Position requires weekdays only --no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
