Job summary

Liberty Endoscopy Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, is seeking a PRN GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team in Liberty Township, Ohio. The role focuses on delivering exceptional care for GI/endoscopy patients with adherence to safety and quality standards.

The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre/post-surgical patients, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Federal and State standards. Weekdays only; some evenings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for pre-/post-surgical patients.
• Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with standards.
• Direct patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations.

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.

Position requires weekdays only --no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
