Job summary

Liberty Endoscopy Center is hiring a PRN GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will plan, coordinate and deliver nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients, ensuring safety and quality in line with regulatory standards.

Position is weekdays only with no holidays or weekend shifts; some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• ACLS required.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care for pre- or post-surgical patients.
• Ensure highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while complying with nursing, JCAHO, and Federal/State standards.

He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.
