Job summary

Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL seeks a skilled RN to join the GI lab on a PRN, part-time basis. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety and therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and clear communication to maintain the safest environment and best patient experience across the continuum; endoscopy/GI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license (state-issued).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Endoscopy/GI experience is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care via the nursing process in the GI lab.
• Maintain a safe, patient-centered environment and communicate effectively across teams.
