Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking an experienced GI Endoscopy nurse to join our team. You will perform patient and family teaching, prepare the endoscopy room with medications and devices, and monitor patients under moderate sedation with physician oversight.

The role requires current Florida nursing licensure, ACLS/BLS, and at least 2 years of GI/endoscopy experience. BSN preferred. Our benefits package supports health, retirement, time off, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current FL Nursing License.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Minimum 2 years in GI or endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient and family teaching regarding endoscopic procedures.

• Monitors cardio-respiratory status during moderate sedation and reports findings.
