Qualifikationen

• Current FL Nursing License is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• BSN preferred; graduates from accredited nursing programs welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Performs patient and family teaching regarding endoscopic procedures.
• Prepares the endoscopy room with medications and accessories.
• Monitors cardiopulmonary status during moderate sedation and reports findings.
• Completes nursing admission assessment and plans care upon admission.
• Implements plan of care and documents actions and outcomes.
• Performs pre-op and post-op nursing care and education.
