Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Division Manager to provide operational and administrative support for the Gastroenterology Division and Adult Health Institute. The role includes provider scheduling, program operations, reporting, and coordinating with Inspira Vineland, with onsite presence required to support program needs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Epic systems, Cadence and Optime.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support.
• Proven success in process improvement, team leadership, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approximately 15%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physician and APP scheduling, call coverage, and urgent coverage needs.
• Support operational oversight and ongoing coordination of the GI Hospitalist Program.
• Assist with provider onboarding, credentialing, agreements, and contract-related administrative activities.
• Prepare and monitor operational reports, including provider activity, coverage, and program performance.
• Support program invoicing, compensation reconciliation, and budget tracking as needed.
• Coordinate projects and operational initiatives in collaboration with physician, Institute, and hospital leadership.
• Facilitate communication across clinical and administrative stakeholders to address operational needs.
• Support process improvement, program growth, and other priorities as assigned.
