Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with FRAMs and Marketing Services.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or an LLM for substantive work.
• High attention to detail; comfortable with data cleanup and standardization.
• Ability to handle confidential customer, contract, and partner information.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and adaptable to AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Audit and clean North America CRM accounts and contacts per FRAM/Marketing guidance.
• Populate and standardize product reference lists within CRM.
• Build and maintain a governed SharePoint repository for customer-facing materials.
• Using Claude and cleaned CRM data, design an artifact identifying each forensic lab by region with key contacts and instruments.
• Keep lab intelligence artifact current with FRAM reporting; coordinate with master list to avoid duplicates.
• Help track which customer contracts permit price increases and flag deadlines.
• Handle customer, contract, and lab-partner data confidentially.
• Demonstrate inclusion and a safe workspace; act with kindness and respect.
