Job summary

Promega Corporation in Madison, WI seeks a student intern to clean and standardize North American CRM data, consolidate customer-facing content into a single governed source, and begin building a regional lab intelligence tool using Claude. You will work under the GI FRAM/Marketing Services guidance with day-to-day supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication skills; able to work with FRAMs and Marketing Services.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or comparable LLMs.
• Attention to detail; capable of data cleanup and standardization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools; open to AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Audit and clean CRM data for North America and global sources.
• Populate and standardize product reference lists in CRM.
• Build and maintain a governed SharePoint repository for materials.
• Design and maintain a regional lab intelligence artifact using Claude.
• Coordinate with FRAMs/Contracts to monitor pricing-related deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, contract, and partner data.
• Align with Promega's ESI principles and ethical requirements.
