The role requires an active RDN, state licensure, CNSC within one year, and two years of specialty experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian in the practice state
• CNSC certification to be obtained within one year
• Minimum two years of specialty experience

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for GI outpatients.
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research aligned with diet manual and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns as applicable
