Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian Specialist to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy for Outpatient Surgical GI patients. You will work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements include RDN credential, state licensure, and CNSC within one year of hire; two years in a specialty. We offer education reimbursement, career growth, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with active credential.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practicing state or eligible for licensure.
• Specialty CNSC certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Minimum of two years of work experience in a specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for Outpatient Surgical GI patients.
• Develop individualized care plans and assess nutritional needs.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
• Apply evidence-based practices aligned with diet manual and facility protocols.
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives (QAPI).
• Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
