Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian Specialist to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for Outpatient Surgical GI patients. The role requires CNSC within one year of hire and CDR registration as a licensed RDN.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Two years of work experience in the specialty required.
• Specialty CNSC certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans for Outpatient Surgical GI patients.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients and families.
• Apply evidence-based practices in line with policies and protocols.
• Support quality initiatives and collaboration with the food service team.
• Mentor dietetic interns and contribute to staff development.
