Job summary
Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Clinical Dietitian in Charleston, SC. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education for patients in a specialty area, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an RDN licensed to practice, willing to obtain CNSC within one year, with at least two years in a related specialty. We offer education reimbursement, career advancement, and relocation support where
Qualifications
- Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Willing to obtain CNSC certification within one year of hire.
- Two years of work experience in a specialty preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical nutrition assessments and create patient-specific care plans.
- Provide education on nutrition and lifestyle to patients, families, staff, and the community.
- Apply evidence-based practice aligned with the diet manual and facility protocols.
- Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the food service team to meet patient satisfaction and service goals.
- Support mentorship and training of dietetic interns and staff when applicable.
