Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage GI symptom calls and medication refill requests.
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate prior authorizations.
• Support RNs with care coordination and transitions after testing or hospitalization.
• Ensure timely follow-up and efficient patient-provider communication.
