Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program.
• Six months of patient care experience required.
• Effective communication, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and able to use health IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage GI symptom calls and process medication refill requests.
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate prior authorizations for medications.
• Support RNs with care coordination and transitions of care after testing, procedures, or hospitalizations.
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain high-quality gastroenterology care.
• Manage in-basket tasks for multiple clinics and providers.
