Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling clinic tests and office procedures.
• Maintain and process procedure work-queue requests.
• Make outbound calls and handle incoming return calls.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Update registration and EMR records as needed.
