Job summary

The Oregon Clinic in Tualatin and Oregon City is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist for GI South Endoscopy Centers. You will check in/out patients, coordinate scheduling, gather insurance information, answer calls, process referrals, and update EMR records to ensure efficient patient access.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a medical office, familiarity with insurance processes, and Epic experience is a plus. Join a team delivering high-value care with kindness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a medical office is strongly preferred.
• GI experience is a plus.
• Prior EMR experience; Epic is a plus.
• Familiarity with insurance and referral processes.
• Ability to initiate, work independently, and multitask.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out new/established patients.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments and/or surgeries per protocols.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Answer phones on a multi-line system.
• Process referrals and electronic fax submissions.
• Update registration and EMR records as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
