Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist for GI in NE Portland and Happy Valley. You will schedule appointments, collect insurance information, and support front desk and medical records teams.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a medical office, EMR experience (Epic preferred), and strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible float role across locations with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year work experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Prior EMR experience is strongly preferred; Epic experience is a plus.
• Ability to initiate, work independently, and multitask while handling patient information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Provide coverage for medical records and front desk teams; update records as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
