The Oregon Clinic is hiring a full-time Patient Services Specialist for the GI East Clinic in Northeast Portland. You will schedule appointments for new and established patients, obtain and verify insurance information, and provide coverage for our medical records and front desk teams to keep patient flow smooth at the GI-NE Portland location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Epic EMR experience is a plus.
• Ability to initiate, work independently, and multitask.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Strong communication with patients, physicians, and team members.
