Qualifications

• APRN/PA/CNS with national certification and active licensure.
• MSN and APRN program graduation or higher degree per role.
• Demonstrated ability to work in inpatient/outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories and perform physical examinations with a working diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Order and interpret diagnostics; collaborate with healthcare team.
• Prescribe and monitor medications per licensure and policy.
• Educate patients on disease, treatments, and side effects.
• Participate in medical rounds and coordinate care across teams.
• Refer to specialists and ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in quality monitoring and discharge planning as needed.
• Support professional development and dissemination of guidelines.
