Qualifications

• Master’s degree in NP/PA/CNS and active provider role.
• 5+ years in an advanced practice role.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ohio RN license and NP/CNS/PA license required on hire; national certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and management of APP clinical services in Primary Care.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and professional development of APPs.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and clinical assignments to optimize patient care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and PHI protection.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to develop policies and programs.
• Monitor quality improvement and clinical outcomes for APP services.
• Assist budgeting, resource allocation, and billing processes related to APP.
