Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in project/program management in the telco and IT domains.
• 5 years of experience leading technical teams or managing a technical department.
• Ability to understand complex integrated systems and define technical requirements.
• Experience in budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and overall business activities.
• Manage, hire, mentor and support project managers, customer support and operational teams.
• Oversee business development, budgets and proposals.
• Ensure projects and support activities are delivered within budget.
• Manage relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee project-related procurement and purchasing activities.
• Work closely with technical leadership on new technologies, solutions and customer requirements.
• Manage service contracts and ensure effective delivery of customer solutions.
