Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in senior leadership with P&L ownership.
• Track record in growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Experience in Telecommunications Infrastructure or related services.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the strategic business plan and identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders; lead negotiations.
• Oversee all operational activities, ensure project delivery and efficiency.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and investment decisions to hit objectives.
• Lead and develop the management team toward high performance.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, governance, ESG, and safety standards.
• Represent the company with customers and industry bodies; support growth.
