Job summary

StraCon is seeking a Full-Time Program/GFP Analyst, Journeyman to support a NAVAIR program office at Patuxent River, MD. The Journeyman Analyst will assist government leadership by performing analytical, technical, and administrative duties that contribute to effective program execution.

The incumbent will manage GFP/CAP/GFE property, coordinate with IPT leaders, and ensure compliance with DoDI 5000.64, FAR 45, and DFARS 245. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the GFP Analyst and provides product team support to ensure property management requirements are met.
• Recommends policy and procedures to improve property management practices.
• Oversees GFP, CAP, and GFE property movements and maintains chain of custody.
• Drafts, reviews, and validates GFP attachments for solicitations/awards and ensures FAR/DFARS clauses are incorporated.
• Maintain data accuracy in Property System of Record and use PIEE GFP Module.
