Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a detail-oriented GFP Coordinator to support GFP lifecycle activities for a government prime contract. You will coordinate GFP receipt, movement, inventory, and reporting with internal teams and government customers, ensuring compliance with FAR 52.245-1 and related regulations.

The role requires experience with GFP documentation, WAWF/PIEE GFP Module, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in defense contracting or government property.
• Experience with GFP documentation (DD1149s) and WAWF/PIEE GFP Module.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day GFP management activities for the assigned contract.
• Serve as the primary GFP coordination point for requests, data calls, and reporting with internal and external government customers.
• Perform GFP receipt, inspection, tagging, record creation, inventory, and movement activities.
• Ensure timely processing of GFP transactions within the WAWF PIEE GFP Module.
• Maintain GFP records in eQuip by Assetworks reflecting status, location, and supporting artifacts.
• Prepare and support monthly GFP inventory reports and contract deliverables.
