Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a GFEBS PM Lead Coordinator to support Fort Gordon operations. You will establish and manage the installation's Preventive Maintenance program, acting as the PM team’s GFEBS SME and primary contact for COR/ACOR.

You will plan, approve, report, and close maintenance work with attention to data integrity and contract compliance. The role requires 3+ years in GFEBS, PPE, and PM planning, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• At least 3 years of GFEBS experience with PPE, PM planning/execution, and data analysis.
• Ability to obtain or maintain required GFEBS roles listed.

Responsibilities

• Establish, administer, and manage the installation's GFEBS Preventive Maintenance program and supporting the PM team.
• Plan, approve, report, and close maintenance work while ensuring data accuracy and contract compliance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and work order workflows with functional area leads.
• Serve as the contractor's primary GFEBS point of contact with the COR/ACOR.
• Develop PM plans, monitor performance, and generate reports from GFEBS.
• Enter GFEBS data (labor, materials, equipment) and support data-driven decision making.
