Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead on a US military installation. The role oversees the production scheduling and contract monitoring system to determine status of work, maintenance, and repair expenditures for facilities.

The position reports to the Project Manager and is contingent upon contract award. Candidates must have 3+ years of GFEBS experience, PPE knowledge, and be able to work within a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of GFEBS experience.
• Familiar with PPE and business intelligence concepts.
• Complete GFEBS training modules within 30 days of employment.
• Flexible to work 0730–1630, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead production scheduling and contract monitoring in GFEBS.
• Maintain accurate data entry and generate routine reports.
• Document and manage all DMOs/PMOs within GFEBS with proper signatures.
• Ensure timekeeping and material costs are captured for maintenance actions.
