Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an LNA for the Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU), a 29-bed unit specializing in care for patients 65+ with cognitive impairment and psychiatric illness. You will perform direct and indirect patient care under supervision, providing personal care and emotional support.

The role requires NH LNA licensure, availability to obtain BLS during orientation, and aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS. Shifts include 7:00am–7:30pm, days, every other weekend, 24 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
• Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living.
• Reports all observations, symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient's condition to RN.
• Provides basic support to patients and families.
• Documents in selected areas of the medical record as appropriate.
