Qualifications

• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar voice-over work.
• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• Owner of a high-quality microphone with access to a quiet, controlled recording environment.
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging performances consistently.
• Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality German voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and clarity.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated audio outputs.
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and are ready for delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
