Alignerr is seeking German-speaking voice actors to record high-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness and expressiveness.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible scheduling. No AI background required—just a strong German voice and professional delivery. Native or near-native German speakers are preferred, and you’ll work on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (native or near-native preferred).
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or similar audio work.
• Own professional recording setup and a quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-fidelity German audio using scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, tone, and expressiveness.
• Provide structured feedback to improve synthesized voice quality.
• Review and refine scripts to sound natural and deliverable.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
