You will collaborate with international teams, manage multiple software platforms, and support travelers with bookings, disruptions, and documentation, backed by a fully paid training program and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related sectors is advantageous.
• EU passport or legal right to work within the EU.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities
