Job summary
SWIFT RECRUITMENT seeks a German-speaking Technical Business Analyst to join a client-focused team serving enterprise customers in the insurance sector. You will analyse business needs, translate them into functional and technical solutions, and coordinate between business stakeholders and development teams.
Work with German-speaking stakeholders, support solution development, and participate in workshops and client discussions.
Qualifications
- Experience as Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Fluent German (minimum B2) in speech and writing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical understanding of software systems, databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to work in complex business and technical environments.
- Experience in insurance, finance, enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with development teams on system enhancements and implementations
- Support enterprise clients in the usage and optimisation of the platform
- Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and solution discussions with German-speaking clients
- Support system integrations, interfaces, and data-related topics
- Identify risks, blockers, and support task coordination within the team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and client processes
