Job summary

Fittico in Evansville is seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join a team collaborating with partners in Zurich. You will analyze requirements, prepare specialist analyses, and coordinate interfaces with IT and reporting systems.

The role requires a computer science education (FH/Uni), strong teamwork, and the ability to handle complex, strategic projects. English fluency is essential; German language skills are an asset.

Qualifications

• Completed a computer science education (FH/Uni).
• 3+ years of work experience as a business analyst in the data/analytics environment.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and SAP Analytics.
• Experience and openness to working with a larger team.
• Enjoy a complex, challenging project of strategic importance.
• Industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis in close cooperation with the department.
• Preparation of the specialist analysis.
• Specifying the requirements of the department with the standards of the IT.
• Interface coordination with peripheral systems and other data consumers or in reporting.
• Examination of requirements for their feasibility and complexity.
• Participation and continuous improvement throughout the process.
