Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Fluent German (minimum B2) in speech and writing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical understanding of software systems, databases, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to work in complex business and technical environments.
• Experience in insurance, finance, enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting is a plus.

About the role

  Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Technical understanding of software systems, databases, APIs, and integrations
  • Ability to work in complex business and technical environments
  • Experience in insurance, finance, enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting environments is a strong advantage
  • Fluent German (minimum B2, spoken and written)
