Huzzle is seeking a high-energy bilingual Appointment Setter who speaks fluent German and English to join a fast-paced sales team. You will be the first point of contact, driving the outbound pipeline, booking qualified discovery calls, and collaborating with senior reps in a remote, global environment.

Responsibilities include high-volume outbound campaigns, CRM management, and hitting daily targets while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Competenze

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.

Mansioni

• Execute high-volume outbound call campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Engage prospects to understand needs and pain points.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for senior sales team.
• Manage and update the CRM meticulously for seamless lead hand-off.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments.
