Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to communicate in an international environment.
• EU passport or Greek work permit required.
• Strong passion for streaming and digital media trends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work remotely while staying integrated with the Greece team.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to users of premium streaming platforms.
• Assist with account management, subscriptions, and technical issues.
• Deliver empathetic service in German to maintain high satisfaction.

• Document feedback and common issues to aid product improvement.
