Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will interact with players across channels, resolve technical and account inquiries, and escalate issues to improve gameplay quality.

The role requires native or fluent German, strong English, and willingness to relocate. On-site in Sofia with a focus on Gaming & Esports and excellent player advocacy.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) required.
• Strong command of English for internal collaboration and reporting.
• EU passport valid to facilitate relocation.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional German-speaking player support via email, chat, and social channels.
• Troubleshoot game issues, account inquiries, and payments with product knowledge.
• Escalate bugs to development for a smooth gaming experience.
• Stay informed on Gaming & Esports trends to engage players authentically.
• Collaborate with teams and share feedback to improve player experience.
