Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia office. You will provide high-quality technical and functional support to European clients via phone, email, and live chat, while meeting KPIs and staying current with product developments.
The role offers a fully paid relocation package, a €1,500 signing bonus, monthly bonus potential, health insurance, and a modern, inclusive office in Sofia. Fluent German and EU passport are required.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally developed within the Customer Support Services industry.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain excellence in the Customer Support Services sector by resolving complex inquiries with speed and precision.
- Document customer interactions within the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and service improvements.
- Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and optimize support workflows for German-speaking markets.
- Achieve individual and team-based KPIs, consistently striving for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
