Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Dutch Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey. You will support their activities offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your role as a Customer Support Agent includes handling inbound calls, resolving inquiries, inputting data accurately, and troubleshooting using available documents and training. Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, with rotating shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German at C1/C2 level or native
• Proficiency in English at B2 level
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good time management and empathy
• Excellent data input and customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Provide support and direction to customers and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate data input in the customer services database
• Troubleshoot issues using guides and system training
• Offer recommendations for common problems or FAQs
