Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years professional creative experience across social media and digital formats.
• Proven video editor experience in advertising, digital media, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
• Extraordinary content creation skills from concept to delivery.
• Responsible, accountable, self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English and German.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments).
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube with a performance-creative mindset.
• Tune performance and optimize content to scale success across platforms.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, formats, trends, and editing techniques to keep content fresh.
• Contribute ideas in ideation sessions and drive execution through testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid timelines.
• Attend brainstorms and meetings, shaping performance-driven strategy.
• Mentor Creators, and possibly Art Directors and Copywriters, on best practices and execution.
