VaynerMedia, part of the VaynerX family, is seeking a Views Editor to join our APAC market with a full-time role based in India. You will craft performance-driven content that performs across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, using a deep understanding of algorithms, hooks, pacing and retention.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional creative experience, excels in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience with video content across platforms.
• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Create and edit content that drives high attention metrics across social platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to guide best practices in ideation, execution, and performance optimization.
