Job summary

VaynerMedia is seeking a French Social Media Content Views Editor / Video Editor for a 12-month FTC. The role requires fluent French and a strong background in editing content tailored for social platforms.

You will craft scalable, high-attention videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, while mentoring junior creators and collaborating across teams. You'll leverage NLE editing, color grading and audio mixing with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to optimize performances,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years professional creative experience with social video content.
• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising, digital media or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluency in French and German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay up to date with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques.
• Mentor creators and, where needed, art directors and copywriters.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid-fire requests and tight timelines.
