VaynerMedia APAC is seeking a Veditor to join our growing team. You are an algorithm-fluent editor who turns great content into scalable performance across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

You understand that content is finished when it performs and you excel at iteration, optimization, and testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor creators, and drive rapid execution under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional creative experience across platforms (social, streaming, AR, music, film).
• Proven experience as a video editor in advertising or digital media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Ability to execute from start to finish, including motion design.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices and performance metrics.
• Self-starter, accountable, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers and drives high attention metrics.
• Serve as an algorithm-fluent editor, mastering hooks, pacing, structure, and retention.
• Tune performance and optimize creative for stronger results across platforms.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and editing techniques to keep content competitive.
• Contribute ideas in ideation sessions and help shape performance-driven strategy.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional departments on rapid timelines.
• Attend brainstorms, kickoffs, and meetings, contributing meaningful ideas.
• Mentor creators and, when needed, Art Directors and Copywriters to guide best practices.
