Job summary

Social Factor, a social media agency, is seeking native-level German language moderators for project-based, temporary or part-time roles. You will help build and manage communities for global brands, with flexible schedules including 24/7 shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong German language skills, live moderation experience, and the ability to mirror brand voice. Applicants should have Windows 10 or macOS 12.x, fast internet, and be comfortable working across major social platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of German language.
• Deep understanding of German pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to understand client brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required.
• Sprinklr/Khoros/Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interact with users in real-time across major platforms.
• Windows 10 and macOS 12.x compatible + 150 Mbps internet.
