Job summary

Social Factor is seeking moderation talent with native German language skills to work on projects on a temporary or part-time basis. The role offers flexible schedules, including opportunities for 24/7 shifts, and potential engagement with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brands.

Moderators work to build strong digital communities while adhering to brand voice and live interaction guidelines. Ideal candidates have native German proficiency, knowledge of slang and pop culture, and prior social media

Qualifications

Native-level understanding of German language.
Deep understanding of German pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
Able to mirror brand voice in engagement with users.
Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mirror voice/tone).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with clear guidelines.

Responsibilities

Moderate and develop digital communities for brands.
Interact with users in real-time, answer questions and engage in discussions.
Follow client brand voice, guidelines, and workflows to maintain community standards.
