Social Factor is seeking German-speaking moderators for project-based, temporary, or part-time work. The role involves building and nurturing digital communities for global brands, with opportunities across various social platforms. Flexibility includes 24/7 shifts, early-bird, or night-owl slots as needed.

Remote work is possible for US-based candidates across multiple states. Ideal candidates have native German language skills, strong understanding of German pop culture, and prior moderation

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of German language.
• Deep understanding of German-language pop culture, nomenclature, references, and slang.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow digital communities for leading brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time; answer questions and engage in discussion and troubleshooting.
• Mirror voice/tone for multiple brands and maintain brand voice consistency.
