Job summary

Extreme Networks, a global networking leader, is seeking a native German-speaking Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule discovery meetings. You will collaborate with Account Executives, qualify prospects, and drive multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and social.

The role offers remote work with an international scope and an OTE of 50–80k. OTE is on a 70/30 split and is based on qualifications and experience; Extreme supports diversity

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with BDR experience.
• 1+ years of business development or sales development experience (preferred).
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and establish rapport.
• Resilience to push past rejection to achieve goals.
• Genuine curiosity to learn about new technology and prospects’ business challenges.
• Coachability and willingness to improve your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality sales opportunities through scheduling discovery meetings with target personas.
• Develop relationships with Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
• Qualify prospects to understand business needs and articulate impact.
• Strategically source and execute prospecting strategy identifying target accounts.
• Diligently conduct multi-channel follow up via phone, email, and social outreach.
