Job summary

SOUS is hiring for a Sales role in Germany to accelerate growth of independent restaurants across Europe. You will join the Sales team Germany, report to the Sales Lead Germany and work with Amsterdam teams on Growth, Partnerships and Merchant Success.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, manage a pipeline of hot and cold leads, and collaborate to refine our German sales playbook as the market scales.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of sales experience; SaaS, hospitality, or startup background preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Willing to travel to Amsterdam for team days.
• Native or fluent German and good English.

Responsibilities

• Focus on new business and growth in Germany for single and multi-outlet restaurants.
• Own the full sales funnel: follow up warm leads, create opportunities, close deals, and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the Sales Lead Germany on regional expansion and larger accounts.
• Help shape the German sales playbook as we scale the team.
• Run outbound and inbound pipeline and conduct consultative conversations with chefs/restaurant owners.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and integration.
